TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Orders & Quotes
Quotes provided by LUAR Printing Solutions are based on the information, quantities, sizes, materials, artwork, and specifications provided by the customer. Pricing may change if the scope of the order changes.
2. Deposits & Payment
Custom orders may require a deposit before artwork, materials, or production begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before or at the time the completed order is released to the customer.
Deposits may become non-refundable once design work, material ordering, setup, or production has begun.
3. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production, including spelling, names, phone numbers, colours, dimensions, quantities, placement, and design details.
Once artwork is approved, LUAR Printing Solutions is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and production delays.
4. Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing artwork they are legally authorized to reproduce. By submitting logos, images, trademarks, designs, photographs, or other content, the customer confirms that they have permission to use and reproduce that material.
LUAR Printing Solutions reserves the right to refuse work that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
5. Artwork Preparation & Design
Artwork that is not production-ready may require additional design, vectorization, digitizing, setup, or editing fees. Any such charges will be communicated before proceeding when reasonably possible.
6. Customer-Supplied Garments & Products
Items supplied by the customer are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Printing, embroidery, pressing, vinyl application, pretreatment, heat, adhesives, or other production processes may affect certain fabrics or materials.
LUAR Printing Solutions does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement of customer-supplied items damaged or affected during customization, except where required by applicable law.
7. Production Times
Production and completion dates are estimates unless LUAR Printing Solutions has expressly agreed in writing to a guaranteed deadline.
Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.
Delays caused by artwork approval, customer responses, supplier availability, shipping carriers, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion dates.
8. Colour & Product Variations
Colours displayed on screens or digital proofs may differ from final printed colours. Minor variations in print placement, colour, garment shade, substrate, texture, manufacturing batch, or finished dimensions may occur and are considered normal within the custom printing process.
9. Quantity Variations
For certain production methods or specialty orders, minor quantity variations may occur. Where applicable, the customer will be informed of any material difference from the ordered quantity.
10. Changes & Cancellations
Changes requested after artwork approval, material ordering, or production has begun may result in additional charges.
Orders cannot always be cancelled once production or purchasing has started. Amounts already spent on artwork, setup, materials, labour, or production may remain payable.
11. Final Sale
Custom printed, embroidered, personalized, engraved, special-order, or otherwise customized products are final sale, subject to applicable law and LUAR Printing Solutions’ Return & Refund Policy.
12. Production Errors
If an order materially differs from the approved artwork or confirmed specifications due to a production error by LUAR Printing Solutions, customers should contact us promptly.
After reviewing the issue, LUAR Printing Solutions may repair, reproduce, replace, or otherwise correct the affected item where appropriate.
13. Pickup & Unclaimed Orders
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup. Orders should be collected within a reasonable period after notification. Items left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage limitations or disposal after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
14. Shipping
Shipping dates and carrier delivery times are estimates. LUAR Printing Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery issues outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
15. Right to Refuse Service
LUAR Printing Solutions reserves the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including orders involving unlawful content, intellectual property concerns, abusive conduct, unsafe materials, or production requests that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
16. Limitation of Terms
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
